(1) Engine
Equipped with Weichai National III water-cooled engine, it has large power reserve, low fuel consumption and low noise.
(2) Hydraulic walking drive system
A single pump dual motor closed hydraulic drive system composed of an electronically controlled proportional pump, a dual variable motor, and a long-life reducer realizes full drive of the front and rear wheels to ensure that the roller has good driving performance and climbing ability.
(3) Transmission system
The domestic heavy-duty drive axle has strong bearing capacity and high reliability, and can ensure that the roller can exert its maximum traction under various working conditions. Equipped with 20-layer rock-type tires, it is wear-resistant and especially suitable for rock-fill compaction.
(4) Hydraulic vibration system
Dual-frequency, double-amplitude, scientific and reasonable static line load and excitation force configuration ensure effective compaction of different types of materials and different thicknesses of pavement.
(5) Vibration wheel
The vibrating wheel is the core component of the vibratory roller.
The vibration wheel follows the structure of the four-point support cylindrical vibration chamber, and uses the long-life vibration wheel design technology and the "three-in-one" extreme pressure equalization technology. According to the dam compaction requirements, the parts of the vibration wheel of this product are further adapted to enhance the compaction ability of the dam's ultra-thick layer.
