Sg18-3 is a new generation of self-propelled medium-load hydraulic drive grader developed by Shantui, whose technology has reached the advanced level in China. The product inherits many years of experience of grader production, excellent quality, stable and reliable performance. It is mainly suitable for road surface leveling, slope scraping, embankment filling and other working conditions, and is an indispensable mechanical equipment for national defense engineering, road construction and water conservancy construction.
This third generation grader is a smart value in Shantui’s diversified product lineup. It comes standard with a Cummins engine and articulated steering for greatly increased turning radius, with more flexible operation resulting. It can “crabwalk” when called upon to avoid tracking over leveled areas. 1. Power system
Low weichai, WP6 electronic-controlled engine emissions meet the requirements of national road machinery Ⅲ stage discharge, intelligent and efficient, parts versatility, maintenance cost is low;
● With the use of ZF technology gearbox composed of gold power combination, high efficiency, low energy consumption, smooth transmission;
● Three stage air filter + three stage fuel filter, effectively extend the service life of the engine.
2. Ride the environment
● High efficiency shock absorber seat, maximize the operation comfort, operator long working without fatigue;
● The cab is equipped with standard air conditioning and an integral sealed vibration reduction system. It adopts double seal and sound absorbing sponge. The vibration noise is small, and the driver's ear noise can be as low as 80 dB.
● Intelligent display and control terminal integrated instrumentation, fault online detection and alarm, to provide more user-friendly driving experience, driving environment comfortable and safe;

● The electro-hydraulic power shift gearbox produced by ZF technology has the first 6 and then 3 gears, which can choose the best gear according to the working condition, and realize the best match between walking and working;
