① Pumps in and out, oil tank trucks are equipped with oil suction and discharge equipment as standard. The model is 80-30 self-priming and self-draining pumps, which can suck and drain oil in large quantities, and the flow can reach 50 cubic meters per hour.
② Loading and unloading valve, also known as the lower loading port, is used for fast loading and unloading of oil. It is generally installed under the side of the tanker truck. The front-end interface meets the US APIRp1004 standard, which can reduce the internal pressure to a minimum at high flow rates. The outlet adopts a flat bottom structure, and there is no oil leakage when the joint is disassembled, which is safe and reliable.
③ The oil and gas recovery valve can recover all the oil and gas generated from the volatilization of oil during loading and unloading to the tanker in the reservoir area, avoiding the leakage of oil and gas, and condensing and reusing the oil and gas through other oil and gas recovery devices, thereby achieving the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection.
④ Electrostatic socket and anti-overflow electronic sensor are widely used in various types of container tanks to prevent the liquid from leaking when the tank is filled with liquid. It is a device that provides an alarm in advance. It is installed on the manhole cover on the top of the container tank. When the oil level reaches the warning limit, the sensor will automatically alarm and open.
⑤ Three-way valve is used to control the ingress and egress of oil products. Through the cooperation of the three-way valve, the common oil pump and piping in the front cabin and the rear cabin can be realized, which saves space and facilitates the suction and discharge of oil.
⑥ Electrostatic reels and grounding equipment are used for safe grounding and conducting during oil loading and unloading operations, which greatly improves the safety of operation.
⑦ Pneumatic combination switch is used to control the switch of emergency cut-off valve (subsea valve).
