Performance Characteristics:
1. The equipped Deutz water cooled turbocharged engine is powerful, mature and reliable. Optional Cummins engine.
2. Powerful composite radiator can ensure continuous working under high temperature of 50 ℃ through strong centralized heat extraction.
3. The left and right independent drive rubber crawler system adopts microcomputer automatic constant speed control to ensure the linear performance of the paving operation. 4. Four sets of independent hydraulic drive system, the material sensing technology automatic control ensures constant material level.
5. The distribution device can move vertically to adapt to diversified paving thicknesses and reduce the material segregation and power consumption.
6. The auger blades are made of high chrome wear-resistant alloy and the conveyor baseplate and the screed baseplates are made of hard wear-resistant steel plates to effectively prolong the life of machine.
7. The integrated electronic control system has many excellent features, such as good human-computer interaction interface, high reliability and wide adaptability, good maintenance accessibility, environmental protection and energy saving, etc.
3.Equipped with single tamper hydraulic expansion and electric heating screed, flexible operation, wide range of application.
8. Equipped with digital electronic automatic leveling system to ensure the evenness of road surface. Ultrasonic non-equalizing beam system is optional to further improve leveling accuracy.
9. The control console can visually display all working functions and paving/traveling speeds and can move laterally to ensure easy operations. * The standard centralized lubrication system can automatically supply oil uniformly to the bearings at all high temperature portions.
