Bulk cement truck (powder and material transportation truck) uses the power of the vehicle to drive the air compressor to send compressed air through the pipeline to the air chamber at the bottom of the sealed tank to suspend the material body of the fluidized bed in the fluid state. When the pressure in the irrigation reaches the rated value, the discharge valve is opened, and the fluidized material is conveyed through the pipeline to be conveyed.

1) The air compressor is installed in the front of the tank. A high-power oil extraction machine drives the air compressor to produce gas.
2) Air compressor; It is an oil-free lubricating swing air compressor. Its rated speed, rated pressure, and displacement are shown on the label.
3) Air duct; contains four parts: air intake, air distribution, pressure relief, and secondary air. The air inlet pipe connects the air compressor to the air chamber at the bottom of the tank. The pipeline is equipped with a check valve to prevent the air in the tank from flowing back into the air compressor. The gas distribution pipe is equipped with a red safety valve, an intermediate air chamber intake pipe, a pressure gauge and an external wind source. The pressure relief pipeline is connected with the tank top to communicate the atmosphere and the inside of the tank, and is controlled by a ball valve. The secondary air pipeline communicates with the discharge pipe under the air chamber at the lower part of the tank, and is controlled by a ball valve to clear the pipeline.
4) Tank body; it is a sealed container for loading materials. There are access holes on the top. The walking platform is used for loading and maintenance personnel to enter the tank body. There is an escalator and fender and bottom frame below. Girder, there is a separate air chamber inside the tank, the air chamber is composed of a sliding plate and a fluidized bed
And special canvas composition, so that the air and powder mix and form a fluid state.
5) Unloading device; the tank can be connected with the pipeline of the storage tower (can). Controlled by butterfly valve for conveying materials.
