Maintenance method of mixer truck:
1. Change the oil
If there is a difference between winter and summer in the diesel engine manual, the summer oil should be replaced and used. The method is: make the diesel water temperature reach 80 degrees, and drain the oil while it is hot (be careful not to burn your hands). After waiting for 30 minutes, tighten the oil drain plug, add the same amount of diesel to the oil pan, and run at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes to release the clean diesel and leave it for washing. In this way, the oil circuit can be drained and cleaned, and the oil passage is unobstructed, creating conditions for trouble-free operation of the lubricating oil circuit. Add summer oil.
2. Clean three filters and three nets
Air filters, diesel filters, oil filters are commonly known as three filters. The main points for cleaning the three filters are: ① The three filters are paper filter elements. Except for the air filter element which can be used after cleaning, the rest are replaced with new ones. ② For metal filters and filter elements, you can only clean them with clean oil, a brush or a gas cylinder, blow out the dirt with gas, and do not burn it. "Three nets" refers to the filter of the diesel fuel filler, oil filler, and exhaust gas exhaust port, which should be thoroughly cleaned to ensure unobstructed access.
3. General cleaning
Remove the insulation quilt and clean the machine. Clean up dirt, sundries, greasy dirt, and wash your face thoroughly. During the process of cleaning, clearing, and cleaning, loose nuts, rivets, and surface defects can be found, and they must be replaced and repaired in time.
4. Rotating oil indicator
For diesel engines with a "winter, summer" rotation indicator engraved in the lubricating oil circuit (usually installed at the filter), the arrow of the indicator should be rotated to point to the "summer" word to achieve a large oil circulation. In this way, the phenomenon that the oil temperature is too high and the oil pressure is reduced can be effectively avoided, thereby reducing the phenomenon of wear of the parts.
